Manara Capital is an investment company. Founded in 2005, the firm has made a number of investments in diverse categories in the Middle East, Europe and the United States. Our mission is to produce superior returns for all stakeholders through truthful dealings.

Our Approach
Manara Capital's approach to investing is based on commitment, integrity, hard work, trust and diligence. We invest in companies that are in need of expansion capital, and we also take positions in businesses backed by management and investors that have a successful track record of creating value. Our preference is to contribute to our portfolio after investing as a minority shareholder, such as through participation on the company's board of directors, through input into strategic decisions, or through participation in the company's financial decision-making processes. By taking this active role, we seek to add to the management team's strengths.
