Since 1997, Karim has worked on and
completed transactions in a number of
sectors and geographies. He previously
worked for Capital Guidance and Lebanon
Invest.
Karim is a member of the Board of Directors
of Al Ahlia Lebanese Investment Co. He is
also a member of the Investment Committee of
Yellowstone Energy Ventures.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with
Honors from McGill University and a MBA from
the Wharton School at the University of
Pennsylvania. Karim is a member of the Young
Presidents' Organization (YPO) and Young
Arab Leaders (YAL).

Prior to joining Manara Capital, Wael initiated and led the Equity Research department at Bank Audi. There, he helped launch and manage the "Arabian Opportunities Fund", Bank Audi’s first mutual fund covering the MENA region.
Before that, Wael worked with Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate in their Middle East offices on numerous assignments in different fields ranging from Financial Services to Oil & Energy and Transportation.
In 1999, directly after completing his Bachelor degree, Wael joined Bank Audi and worked as a Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking department for 4 years.
He holds a Bachelor and Master degrees in Business Administration with Distinction from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.
